Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping fee: R120

  • Shipping fees may be slightly higher for high-risk or remote areas.

The final delivery fee will be calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence (photos or videos where applicable).

We will work with the courier company to investigate the matter and assist you accordingly.
