Returns & Refund Policy

At Glam Looks and Wigs, we are committed to providing premium quality wigs and beauty products. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we kindly ask that you carefully review our policy before making a purchase.

Returns

Wigs are classified as intimate hair products and cannot be returned once worn, installed, altered, or handled beyond inspection.

A return will only be considered if:

  • The wig is completely unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The lace has not been cut or tinted

  • The item remains in its original packaging with tags fully intact

  • A return request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery

  • There are no signs of styling, cutting, colouring, washing, or installation

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect item, or

  • The item arrived damaged or faulty

To request a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval

  • We reserve the right to decline a refund if the product does not meet our return conditions

Exchanges

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to stock availability.

Custom-made or personalised wigs are strictly non-exchangeable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Wigs that have been worn, installed, styled, cut, coloured, or washed

  • Custom-made or personalised units

  • Sale or promotional items
