Where are you located?

We are based in Kensington, Johannesburg, South Africa. Full address details are provided upon confirmed bookings where necessary.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes. All wig installations, makeup services, and training sessions are by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

What is your shipping fee?

Standard shipping is R120. Shipping fees may be slightly higher for high-risk or remote areas. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene reasons, wigs cannot be returned once worn, installed, altered, or styled. Returns are only considered if the item is unused, unaltered, and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Can I exchange my wig?

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. Custom-made or personalised wigs are not eligible for exchange.

Do you offer custom wigs?

Yes. We offer custom-made wigs tailored to your desired style, length, and density. Processing times may vary depending on the order.

How do I maintain my wig?

We recommend:


  • Using sulfate-free products

  • Avoiding excessive heat

  • Storing your wig on a mannequin head

  • Scheduling maintenance appointments if needed
